El Gaucho at Paveletskaya is the respectable and very theatrical restaurant. It re-creates distinctive characters of the Argentine shepherds (gaucho) life. Racy interior, inspiriting music, waiters in bright national costumes all this you can find there but the main thing in the restaurant is meat. The famous all around Moscow steaks are cooked on the open fire according to the traditional receipts and served on the special carbon-furnace – trivets.
